Sleeping Better

I'll write about my time at the conference tomorrow. Right now, I've got to get to sleep. I just wanted to say that I'm sleeping better. You know what I did? I turned around on my bed, so the positions of my head and feet are switched. I'm thinking that 25 years of sleeping one way on this bed have worn it down to a certain position. The other way, my body's getting more support. I'll see how it goes long-term. (Plus, my alarm's now way away from my hands, so I can't turn it off in my sleep.)

Edit: My mom let me know I've only had this particular mattress for a year. However, that's still a while to sleep in the same position. On the other hand, maybe it's not the mattress that's worn down to a certain position, but instead is me. Who knows? I just know it works.
