As for life, I think I am now officially part of Maryland Repro. I made my first major screw-up today! Yay! ;-) My dad asked for help with an ASI board and I went to grab it, not realizing I had toner on my hands, and got a big thumb print on the border. Well, I apologized profusely to the client, and my dad let her go with free shrink-wrapping. Also, I went to Marks Thomas seven times today for pick-ups or drop-offs. I asked if they were going to build me a cubicle and put me on payroll. I told the front desk guy I wanted a title, too: Senior Delivery Boy. ;-) Everyone got a chuckle out of that one.
Well, with the rain today, Havre De Grace became a big swimming pool. Jenny couldn't get to her mom's house, so she asked if she could stay here. We said fine. I played around the Net until she came, and then, after she came, we played three games of Sorry! The first one, I won. The second one, my dad played with us and he won. During the third round, the rain came down really heavily and we had to move the game off the porch so we wouldn't get caught in the leaks. My dad ended up winning that game, too. Jenny's now asleep in my mom's room. It's a little weird that this is the first time she's ever spent the night. It's mostly just her, though, feeling weird. I'm fine.
Also, in my life, there's major problem between two online friends I won't mention here. The problem is that I can't really do anything but watch, be sad, and offer emotional support. I've got a bad feeling that everything's just going to come crashing down and hurt everyone involved. The worst part is not being able to help due to distance. Prayers are being prayed on my end. That's about all I can do right now.
